1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
Be returned within 7 days of receiving the order
Include the original receipt or proof of purchase

❌ Non-returnable items include:

Electrical or electronic components once unpacked or used
Custom or special-order parts
Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before shipping the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

Notify you via email or WhatsApp
Approve or reject the refund based on the condition of the item

✅ If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly delivered items. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange an exchange.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered:

Contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging
We will replace it or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you
